What our clients say

Use the left and right arrow keys or swipe to browse. Manual browsing pauses automatic sliding until you select Play.

“The repair was organised from start to finish, with clear updates along the way.

It was a real help not having to chase contractors or coordinate everything ourselves.”

Mira

“We couldn’t visit the flat ourselves, so the report and photographs were really useful.

The practical comments helped us understand what needed attention and decide what to do next.”

Paul

“Having our certificates and renewal dates kept organised has made things much easier.

Appointments were arranged around our tenants’ availability, and we were kept informed throughout.”

Barnaby

“Our viewing appointments were organised and handled when we weren’t available.

We received helpful feedback afterwards, and having someone there for the key handover made moving day much easier.”

Sarah

“We received photos and a short update after each visit while we were away.

We really appreciated having someone local checking on the property rather than trying to organise everything from abroad.”

A few useful answers

Before we start.

Have another question? Send us a message—we’ll be happy to talk through what you need.

Can I book a one-off service?

Yes. You can book a single inspection, a viewing, a handover or help with a particular maintenance job—without signing up for full property management. Regular visits and annual compliance coordination are also available for those who need ongoing support.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Fulham, Parsons Green, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Hammersmith and Putney. For properties in nearby areas, send us the postcode and a brief description of what you need, and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

How much will it cost?

Starting prices are shown alongside each service. We’ll confirm the scope and cost before you book, taking account of the property’s size, location and the support required. Any additional work or third-party charges will be explained and agreed with you in advance.

Can you help if I live overseas or cannot attend?

Yes. We can visit your property, attend contractor appointments, conduct viewings and help with handovers on your behalf. We agree access arrangements and instructions beforehand, then keep you updated with photographs, reports or a short summary, depending on the service.

Can you organise safety checks and renewal reminders?

Yes. Our annual compliance service helps keep your documents and renewal dates organised and includes arranging agreed appointments with qualified professionals. These can cover gas safety, electrical inspections, appliance testing and relevant fire-safety checks. The specialists carry out the assessments and issue the resulting reports or certificates.

How are contractors and other costs paid?

You pay us for our services and pay contractors and other providers directly. We obtain your approval before arranging chargeable work, so you stay in control of spending. We do not hold rent, tenancy deposits or money intended to pay third parties.

How do I get started?

Send us your property’s postcode, a brief description of what you need and any preferred dates. We’ll discuss the details and confirm the service and price before arranging the work. You’re also welcome to enquire about a combination of services or a task that isn’t listed.
